By accessing aigc.zhengmi.org (the "Service"), you agree to these terms provided by Z-MINT TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity performed using your API keys.

Our Service operates on a prepaid model.

• Prepaid credits: our Service runs on a prepaid balance model.
• All sales are final: because we provide instant access to digital compute resources, all purchases (including top-ups and subscriptions) are final and non-refundable.
• Unused credits are non-refundable: under no circumstances do we refund unused credit balances.
• Dispute handling: initiating a transaction dispute (chargeback) without first contacting us will result in immediate and permanent account termination.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• engage in illegal activity, generate NSFW content, or promote violence.
• reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell our API without permission.

If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to suspend your account without notice or refund.

The Service acts as a gateway to third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or availability of content generated by these models. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Z-MINT TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
